Rydastra ships e-bikes, e-scooters, parts, and accessories to customers in the United Kingdom and selected European countries.

Available delivery locations will be shown at checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently offer delivery there.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Large items such as e-bikes and e-scooters may require extra preparation, inspection, and handling before dispatch.

Processing times may be longer during busy periods, holidays, supplier delays, or high order volume.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

Europe: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service, destination, customs checks, weather, public holidays, or other delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Costs may depend on delivery country, product size, product weight, courier service, large-item handling, and battery transport requirements.

Large Item Delivery

E-bikes and e-scooters are large and heavy products.

Customers must provide a correct delivery address, email address, and phone number to help the courier complete delivery.

If delivery fails because of incorrect details, missed delivery, refusal, or no response to the courier, extra delivery or return costs may apply.

Customs and Import Charges

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs charges, import VAT, duties, or local taxes may apply.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. Rydastra is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks or unpaid import fees.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears missing, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged deliveries, include your order number, photos of the packaging, photos of the product, and a clear description of the issue.
