Rydastra sells e-bikes, e-scooters, parts, and accessories to customers in the United Kingdom and selected European countries.

Product images, colours, and specifications may vary slightly due to screen settings, supplier updates, or product improvements.

2. Orders & Payments

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We may cancel or refuse an order if payment is not authorised, the product is unavailable, the delivery address is incorrect, or the order appears high risk.

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. Rydastra does not store full card details.

3. Product Safety

E-bikes, e-scooters, batteries, chargers, and accessories must be used safely and according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Customers should use the correct charger, avoid damaged batteries, wear suitable safety equipment, and check brakes, tyres, lights, and battery before riding.

4. Legal Use

Customers are responsible for checking local laws before using any e-bike or e-scooter.

Rules may include road use, speed limits, age limits, helmet use, insurance, registration, and licence requirements.

Rydastra does not guarantee that every product is legal for public road use in every location.

5. Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, unauthorised modifications, incorrect charging, normal wear and tear, or unsafe use.
